Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
1) In case of Damage :
1.a) Visible Damage:
Your products are sent with the logistic company with an insurance. If there are any visible damage when the time of the delivery, please make sure that it is noted on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. If you can take some photos of the damage and send it to us, it will be very helpful for us to lodge the claim with the shipping company. According to our company breakage policy any damage up to 5% is acceptable. You can still use those broken pieces at corners and edges. If you receive any damage more than 5%, you are eligible to get a replacement or a partial refund for the broken pieces.
1.b) Hidden Damage:
If you come across a hidden damage inside the pallets/crates, we will still help you to get a replacement or give you a partial credit. However you need to inform us within 30 days after delivery and send us the photos for damaged product. As stated above in the section 1.a anything up to 5% breakage is acceptable. You will be qualified any breakage above 5%.
2) In case if you changed your mind: You can return the product back to our warehouse if you have changed your mind.
The product that you would like to return must be in its original packaging and be in the same “as new” and “re-sellable” condition as it was when it arrived at your home or job site.
Please note, there will be a return shipping charge and you will be billed for the return shipping charges. Once you have everything accounted for and packaged in accordance with the above qualifications, please contact us then we will arrange a pick-up of the product.
Your product must not have been used, installed, or marked in any way. We consider “Installation” as “Acceptance” hence no claims will be acknowledged once the products have been installed.
Once we receive your order back to our fulfillment center, we will carry out a full inspection of the returned material and then issue you the full or partial refund depending on the outcome of the inspection.
Our Return Policy, for full or partial order returns, does not extend to Custom Orders, Container Orders, Made to Order, Sale Items or Clearance Items.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
